 CircPort Self-Service SpeechEnabled Circulation IVR

CircPort is a suite of self-service circulation Integrated Voice Response (IVR) applications that use speech recognition technology to understand and automatically process a newspaper's basic circulation functions over the telephone and the Web.

Deployment Options

We offer two CircPort deployment options.  CircPort onDemand, our hosted speech IVR, is perfect for papers with smaller call centers.  For larger papers with daily circulation over 100,000, CircPort OnPremise is the best solution, allowing a corporate entity with multiple papers or a central call center to establish each property as a tenant of the headquarters location.

Reporting

CircPort offers a number of informative and comprehensive standard reports, available in a variety of formats.  Reports can be generated via the application, or scheduled to automatically email specific users.

Implementation and training

VoicePort is uniquely committed to your success. All implementations are assigned a VoicePort project manager to manage your implementation.  Starting with a kick off meeting, your project manager will work with you or your team to develop your requirements and specific configuration, create a detailed project plan and deliverables, and remain in communication with you through deployment to ensure that your project is implemented on time and to your specifications.

As part of your implementation, we provide pre and post-deployment training and custom User Guides.
