Carl E. Sassano, Chairman
Carl Sassano serves as Chairman of VoicePort. Mr. Sassano is also Executive Chairman of Transcat, and was CEO from 2002-2007. Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Bausch & Lomb, Inc., in 2000 and 1999, respectively, and held numerous positions at Bausch & Lomb from 1973 to 2000. He is a member of the Board of Directors of IEC Inc. (IEC.OB) and a partner in CSW Associates, a Rochester-based private investment partnership. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Rochester Institute of Technology, WXXI (the PBS affiliate for the Greater Rochester area), and the Eastman Dental Center Foundation.
Christopher J. Mann, President and Chief Executive Officer
Christopher Mann serves as President and CEO of VoicePort. Mr. Mann previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Customer Service for Veeco Instruments, a worldwide supplier of metrology and process equipment for the semiconductor industry, and held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for CVC Inc. prior to the company's purchase by Veeco in 2000. Before joining CVC in 1979, he was employed by Sperry Gyroscope in the United Kingdom.Jacqueline Parks, Chief Technology Officer
Jacqueline Parks is a co-founder of VoicePort. During her 6 years at Nortel Networks, Jacqueline helped develop the voice application software that provides Directory Assistance to most of the North American telecom companies, led a team that designed, developed and deployed a voice portal solution and provided technology direction to the AOL-Time Warner sales team and their customers. Prior to this, while at Global Telecom Networks, Ms. Parks developed, installed and maintained one of the first calling card platforms in North America and the first in Jamaica. Ms. Parks received a B.A. in Mathematics from Florida Atlantic University and an MS in Mathematics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
