VoicePort Earns Building Skills in New York State (BUSNYS) Award

January 19, 2007. Rochester, NY. VoicePort, LLC has been selected by Governor Pataki and the New York State Workforce Investment Board, to receive an award in the amount of $47,200. The Building Skills in New York State (BUSNYS) initiative seeks to provide education and training for workers in New York State.  VoicePort will use the grant to enhance its employees skills in the voice recognition field.

Founded in 2003, VoicePort has become a leader in customizable voice recognition applications. In the past few years VoicePort has grown in both size and revenue. Current products include speech self-service call center applications, SpeakEasy^TM Surveys, and the leading auto attendant, SpeechAttendant. Partnering with industry leaders such a Nuance and Genesys, VoicePort continues to expand its suite of self-service products into new markets.
