The three daily newspapers of Brunswick News select VoicePort's speech recognition application CircPort, to field circulation phone calls. August 29, 2006. CircPort will be directly integrated to the Brunswick News' PBS database. This integration allows for real-time transactions including payments, vacation holds, and delivery problem reporting. Subscribers to the three newspapers will be able to access these features 24/7. Additionally, Brunswick News will utilize CircPorts outbound calling feature for service expiration reminders and subscription renewals. "After extensive analysis of our call center costs, we saw significant potential savings with VoicePort," said Dan Mlodecki, Manager of Manufacturing Operations at Brunswick News. CircPort will decrease our overall costs, with a projected ROI in under one year.
