What Is PharmaPhonetics™ Speech Enabled Market Research (SEMR) and How Does It Work?

A PharmaPhonetics™ SEMR initiative is a research project conducted by VoicePort on your behalf. Projects are strategic in nature, and seek to understand how specific information such as published studies, papers, posters, abstracts, and proposed marketing materials may impact brand positioning, clinical practices, prescribing intent, and brand perception. Our programs have helped clients measure and project changes in prescribing intent and NRx share change from new and existing physicians.

Studies are fielded to a database of physicians or healthcare professionals currently or potentially prescribing the drug or class of drugs being studied, or in practice in the therapeutic area being studied.

VoicePort handles all program aspects, working interactively with the client to develop the survey design, reporting, etc. VoicePort uses Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) to automate the survey-taking process and gather deep insight from a broad cross-section of physicians. ASR provides many benefits to marketing research that are not possible with other research methods.
