VoicePort Launches New Website

Pittsford, NY. April 3, 2006. VoicePort, LLC announces the launch of a new website, developed by Innovative Solutions of Rochester, NY.

 

VoicePort is a developer of speech recognition applications, specifically targeting the newspaper industry. In August 2003 VoicePort touted only one customer, The Washington Times. Since then their growth rate has been impressive, reaching 54 orders and continuing to climb.   Current clientele include Star Tribune of Minneapolis , New York Daily News, the twenty-two daily papers of Osprey Media, and many more.   VoicePorts speech partners are of the best in the business, including Nuance, VoiceGenie, Genesys Labs and Upstream Works.

 

VoicePort hopes that the new website will be a reflection of their success in the industry. Their growth can be attributed to a number of factors including increased marketing efforts, strong focus on customer service, effective project management, and the continuous improvement process undergone in all their applications.   VoicePort now employs just over twenty people, and are avid supporters Rochester Institute of Technologys co-op program.

 

Innovative Solutions was selected by VoicePort for their marketing and database expertise. VoicePorts new website will include a customer service section which will allow current and prospective customers instant access to documentation and support.   The customer service section will also help to increase the speed of implementation at any new location.
